Turn your CV into a skill tree.
Import your CV once. Watch it become a living map of what you can actually do, ranked, endorsed, and searchable.
A CV is a claim. Nobody can check it, so everybody discounts it.
It flattens youSix years of hard problems and one afternoon of a tool you touched once look identical on paper.
It goes staleYou update it when you need a job, so it describes who you were, not what you can do now.
It hides youRecruiters search for keywords. If you wrote the wrong noun, you do not exist.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself.
Import your CV
Upload a PDF or paste the text. It reads your roles, projects and studies, then pulls out the real skills underneath and sorts them into five categories.
Every skill earns XP
Experience converts to points, weighted by how hard the work was, how much you owned it, and how rare the skill is. Points become levels and ranks from Bronze to Master.
People back it up
Friends and colleagues endorse individual skills on your tree, one endorsement each, so a number cannot be farmed. Every skill shows where its credibility came from.
Become findable
Switch on discovery and every skill you own is indexed the moment your tree changes, each one carrying the evidence behind it. Recruiter search opens in early access, and nobody appears in it without opting in first.
The tree is yours to shape.
Most profiles are a form you fill in. This one is a space you arrange, so it ends up looking like how you actually think about your work.
- Drag anything anywhere. Nodes stay exactly where you drop them.
- Rewire the branches. Drop one skill onto another to link them.
- Find anything instantly. Search lights up matches across the whole tree.
- There is a game hidden in it. Pull a category node back far enough and see.
Where this came from
Why anyone should believe it
Every skill carries its receipts.
Endorsements alone are worthless, which is why every other platform's are. On Ludowork each skill shows exactly how it was proven, and the ranking weighs the strong evidence higher than the weak.
You added the skill yourself. It shows on your tree, it just does not carry weight on its own.
LiveLearned on your own time, backed by a project or a portfolio link you attach to it.
LiveSomeone who knows your work vouched for that specific skill. One endorsement per person, per skill.
LiveConfirmed by someone who can prove they worked with you, through a verified work address.
NextSigned off by the person who actually managed the work. This is the tier recruiters trust most.
NextAttached to a real credential, checked against the issuer rather than taken at your word.
NextFor recruiters
Search the skill, not the wording.
Every skill on Ludowork shares one canonical identity, so a search reaches everyone who has it, however they worded it on their CV. Results rank by evidence rather than by who wrote the best CV, and nobody appears without opting in. Search is in early access now, and we are onboarding the first recruiters by hand.
